Request Deletion

At FOMO.gg, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

FOMO.gg does not currently offer account deletion inside the app.
To request deletion, email our support team at: support@fomo.gg
Use this subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please include:

• your registered email address, if any

• your wallet address, if linked to your account

• your username, if applicable

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete or permanently de-identify the data associated with your FOMO.gg account, including:

• account profile information

• linked wallet association data

• preferences and app usage data

• identifiers that can reasonably be linked to your account

What may be retained

Certain limited information may be retained where necessary for:

• legal compliance

• fraud prevention

• dispute handling

• enforcement of platform rules and security obligations

Any retained data will only be kept for these purposes.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days after verification of the request.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once completed, you may lose access to account history and related services.
