FOMO.gg is a non-custodial Web3 application. The app does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, does not custody user funds, and does not act as a broker, dealer, or intermediary.
Blockchain Transactions
All blockchain transactions initiated through the app are:
- Created and approved by users using their own wallets
- Executed directly on public blockchain smart contracts
- Irreversible once confirmed on-chain
FOMO.gg does not have the ability to access, control, reverse, or modify user transactions.
Token Buy and Sell Functionality
Certain features allow users to interact with:
- Autonomous bonding-curve smart contracts
- Public, permissionless liquidity protocols implemented as smart contracts
Pricing and execution are determined entirely by on-chain logic. FOMO.gg only provides a technical interface for interacting with these protocols.
Fiat On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Services
FOMO.gg does not provide fiat payment services.
Fiat purchases and withdrawals, where available, are provided by independent third-party payment providers. These providers:
- Process payments
- Perform identity verification (KYC/AML)
- Handle custody and settlement during the transaction
FOMO.gg does not process fiat payments or access user payment information.
No Investment Advice
FOMO.gg does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or financial promotions. Digital assets are volatile and users are solely responsible for their actions.
Jurisdictional Availability
Features provided by third-party services may be restricted based on user location and applicable laws.
