fomo.gg acts only as a neutral intermediary when processing copyright-related claims. We are not authorized to determine the validity of copyright ownership or infringement disputes. Such disputes remain solely between the rightsholder and the content creator.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content hosted or streamed on fomo.gg infringes your copyright, please contact fomo.gg support and submit a formal DMCA Notice that includes:
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Description of the copyrighted work: provide details or a link to the original material you own.
- Description of the infringing material: include sufficient details to help us locate the content (e.g., username, token name, wallet address, livestream URL).
Statement of good faith and accuracy:

This notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive rights allegedly infringed.
Where applicable, fomo.gg will notify the creator(s) affected by the claim.
Response to Valid Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, fomo.gg will:
- Review the identified content promptly;
- Disable or remove access to the content (including active livestreams) if infringement is confirmed; and
- Notify the content creator about the removal.
Creators who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to fomodotgg@gmail.com that includes:
- Contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- Identification of the removed content (e.g., token name, livestream URL, and date/time).
- The name of the original claimant.
- A brief explanation of the mistake or misidentification.
Where appropriate, fomo.gg will forward the counter-notice to the claimant.
Repeat Infringers
Creators who receive three separate DMCA strikes will be deemed repeat infringers and may have their accounts or access to fomo.gg permanently terminated.
Policy Updates
fomo.gg may modify this DMCA policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
