A witness described hearing a loud sound before chaos erupted." It all came suddenly. We heard a loud sound, like a volcano erupting. People started to scream and ran away," the Onlinekhabar quoted the witness as saying.Army officials confirmed that rescue helicopters remained grounded until the waters receded. The flood's exact cause remains unclear at this stage." There could be heavy casualties or loss of property.
