Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are under immense pressure, as the Nifty has fallen over 130 points, falling towards the 24,000 mark. The Nifty bank is slightly better off, falling only 0.10%. Hindalco, Adani Ent, and Tata Steel are the biggest laggards today.

Last week turned out to be another rangebound one, with no significant moves on either side. The index remains locked in the 24,000 - 24,400 range.The bulls will hope for a breakout on the upside in a week that will include the weekly expiries, macro data, and many other triggers.A major one to watch today will be the MSCI rebalancing, which will take place during the closing minutes of trade.
This will be the first rebalancing that will take place after the introduction of the Closing Auction Session.Although the Nifty Bank has had a slightly better month compared to the Nifty, it also remains stuck in the 57,000 - 58,000 band. HDFC Bank could well be the stock to watch today, and that could determine moves both in the Nifty and the Nifty Bank. Brent crude is back at $90.
